How This Workbench Works

Each work order gives you one real part (a CPU or a bare motherboard socket) and a bin of four candidate parts. For every candidate, read its actual specs (vendor, package type, pin/contact count, generation) and decide: is it Compatible (install it) or Incompatible (reject it)? A CPU's real socket, an Intel/AMD mismatch, a PGA/LGA mismatch, a wrong generation, and a soldered BGA chip with no socket at all are all real, distinct reasons a part can fail to fit. Sort all four, click "Test Build," and fix any wrong calls before moving on.
