What's included in the free Recruit tier?
Recruit gives you full access to all nine Houses, the Linux Mastery course, the Signal Toolkit Library, and basic achievement tracking. You can learn at your own pace with no time limits and no credit card required.

What do I get by upgrading to Operator?
Operator unlocks the full Arena (all CTF-style challenge boxes), Dispatch troubleshooting scenarios, the Dark Arts vault, Workshop labs with change management simulations, and advanced achievement badges. You also get priority access to new content as it ships.

Is there a free trial?
The Recruit tier is permanently free with no trial period. For paid tiers, trial details will be announced alongside pricing.

When will pricing be announced?
Pricing for Operator and Architect is being finalized. The platform is in active development with new content shipping regularly. Pricing will be announced once the full feature set is locked in.

Will there be monthly and annual billing?
Yes. Both monthly and annual billing cycles will be available. Annual plans will include a discount over monthly pricing.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid features remain active through the end of your current billing period. No long-term contracts.

What happens to my progress if I downgrade?
Your progress, achievements, and completed modules are never lost. If you downgrade from Operator to Recruit, your data stays intact. You just lose access to premium content until you resubscribe.

What payment methods are accepted?
Payment processing details will be shared at launch. Standard options including major credit cards and digital wallets are planned.

Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription, you can request a full refund. Details will be published in the terms of service at launch.

Do you offer student or education discounts?
The Architect tier is built specifically for educators and institutions, with instructor analytics, bulk student management, and LMS integration. Contact us for volume licensing and academic pricing.

Who is the Architect tier for?
Architect is designed for instructors, training departments, and academic programs that need to deploy Hexworth Prime across a cohort. It includes everything in Operator plus admin tooling, analytics dashboards, and dedicated onboarding support.

What does White Label include?
White Label gives your organization a fully branded instance of the platform under your own domain, logo, and color scheme. You get custom-built scenario packs tailored to your training objectives — whether that's SOC analyst workflows, Red vs Blue exercises, incident response drills, digital forensics, or compliance training. Labs, challenge boxes, and learning paths are configured to match your curriculum.

Can I choose specific training scenarios for White Label?
Yes. White Label is built around your needs. You can request themed scenario packs (SOC operations, penetration testing, cloud security, network defense, etc.), define custom learning paths, and even supply your own case studies or threat scenarios for us to build into interactive labs.

How does White Label deployment work?
We provision a dedicated instance with your branding, configure SSO/SAML for your identity provider, build out your requested scenario packs, and hand off with dedicated onboarding. Ongoing support is covered under an SLA. Typical deployment takes 4-6 weeks depending on customization scope.
