- Learning Progress: Quiz scores, completed modules, achievements, and time spent on activities
- Class Enrollment: Information about which classes you join and your instructor associations
- House Assignment: Your sorting quiz results and assigned house
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Track your learning progress and display it on your dashboard
- Enable classroom features that allow instructors to monitor student progress
- Personalize your experience based on your assigned house
- Generate progress reports and analytics for educational purposes
- Improve the platform based on aggregate usage patterns
We do not use your information for marketing purposes. Your data is used solely for educational functionality within the platform.
3. Data Storage
Your data is stored in the following locations:
- Firebase/Google Cloud: Your account information, progress data, and class enrollments are stored securely on Google's cloud infrastructure located in the United States
- Local Storage (Browser): Some data is cached locally on your device for offline access and improved performance
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS.
4. Data Sharing
We take your privacy seriously and limit data sharing:
- Your data is never sold to third parties
- Progress data is shared only with instructors of classes you have joined
- Aggregate, anonymized data may be used to improve the platform
- We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of users

- Your learning progress and account data are retained until you request deletion
- Class enrollment data is retained for the duration of the course plus a reasonable period for records
- Inactive accounts may be archived after extended periods of inactivity
- You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Your Rights section)
