Welcome to Dispatch — the troubleshooting operations center. You are a field technician. When a system goes down, a ticket hits the queue, and you get dispatched. Each assignment drops you into a broken system — a misconfigured workstation, a failing server, a network outage. Your job: diagnose the root cause, apply the fix using the right tools, and recover the flag to close the ticket.

Every assignment requires different diagnostic tools and different screens. There is no one-size-fits-all fix. Use your training.
