Per Codex's premortem: the production-truth metric is whether the student continued productive work AFTER Dr. Hex intervened. Each intervention gets one of: Productive (continued, captured eventually) · Stuck-but-engaged (continued, no capture, no exit) · Handoff (walkthrough opened within 10 min) · Abandoned (tab closed <2 min, no return) · Bypassed (external AI signal <5 min).
